Business Contracts for rental Videos

I am in the process of getting info for a business start-up. The business involves renting out video equipment for entertainment purposes to tourists. I need to have a tight disclaimer in case customers chose to use the equipment to film illegal activities, or activities that the property owners they are filming on]deems illegal. Therefore, either the customer knows that the filming is illegal, or the customer doesn't know but it is still illegal.

If you believe such a clause is necessary, it makes me wonder about your larger business plan.

I suggest that you form a relationship with a business lawyer in your community. You will need somebody familiar with the laws of your undisclosed state.
